Now what?

Had a great first run back on Saturday. My quads were sore on Sunday, a good sign that I worked hard. It was only a 1.10 run, but I ran the whole time and I ran pretty fast.

I don’t know what to do now. Should I run a mile several days a week now, and slowly start building up my mileage, or sign up for a race and find a training schedule? Should I work on my commitment, running the same days a week?

I don’t really know what would be the best second step forward.

What should my new goal be?

    When I started running I used an app called couch to 5k on my iPhone. It told me when to run and when to walk. Something like this: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/couch-to-5k/id448474423?mt=8 that’s not the exact one i used but looks very similar. I loved it! I eventually made it up to running 7 miles!
