Had a great first run back on Saturday. My quads were sore on Sunday, a good sign that I worked hard. It was only a 1.10 run, but I ran the whole time and I ran pretty fast.
I don’t know what to do now. Should I run a mile several days a week now, and slowly start building up my mileage, or sign up for a race and find a training schedule? Should I work on my commitment, running the same days a week?
I don’t really know what would be the best second step forward.
What should my new goal be?
